Though the digitalization of broadcasting affects all EU and other countries, there is something more what is common for participating V4 countries:

• Very similar economic situation, which does not belong to leaders in the EU,
• Comparable number (density) of analogue radio transmitters,
• Comparable purchasing power of population,
• Common frequency coordination zone.
